Discover 18th Century buildings and their history and an enormous tropical aviary, housed in the ruins of a slave hospital. The Appleton Rum Tasting Experience leads you through the process and its history, while you sample several rums. Rum, coffee and Jamaican favourites can be found in the Gift Shop located in an old sugar factory. Delicious authentic Jamaican country-style food can be purchased in the Sugar House restaurant. Hammocks and a swing over the river create the perfect chill out and selfie spots.
