How d I submit a security deposit claim?

Claims can only be made for a property listing. Your booking must be a past booking or has already started.

To make a claim

• click host at the top of your page then select booking from the menu.
• Click past bookings at the top left side of the bookings page.
• Select the booking you want to make a claim for then click the view details button beside it.
• On the booking details page, scroll to the security deposit section and click (did you have any damages? (create claim) written in blue.
• The create claim page will come up, enter the required information and click create claim.
• You can also submit evidence to prove your claim. Click upload evidence at the right side of the page.
