I am unable to submit a security deposit claim. why?

  • If you have not added a security deposit to your listing then you will not be able to make any claims.
  • If you have already filed a claim for a booking or the booking has not started or gone already then you won't be able to make a claim.
  • All claims must be filed within 3 days of the end date of the booking.
