Refund Policy:

The refund policy is subject to changes by the listing manager and will vary according to listing.

If you are reducing your booked dates the refund amount will be calculated based on the refund and cancellation policy for the listing.  

NB: Booking charges are Non-Refundable. All other refunds are issued under the following cases:

1. Flexible Cancellation (See cancellation policy below)

2. Relaxed Cancellation Policy (See cancellation policy below)

3. Moderate Cancellation Policy (See cancellation policy below)

4. Strict Cancellation Policy (See cancellation policy below)

5. Property bookings cancelled by the host (100% refund)

6. Bookings violating terms of service (100% refund) – conditionals Apply

All refunds will be processed within 24 hours. However, it may take some time to be returned to the account. The processing time for each refund depends solely on the respective bank’s policies.
