Cancel a booking

1. Select the dropdown for Trip found on the menu bar, then click on Upcoming Trips.

2. Click on "View Details", this will direct you to the trip details page.

3. At the bottom of the page click "Cancel Trip". Your refund will be calculated based on the refund/cancellation policy.

4. VastTrips will send an email to the email address you provided when creating your account to confirm booking cancellation.

             NB.  Same day cancellations will offer a full refund minus the booking fee. Cancellations after 24-hours of the booking confirmation date and time will attract a fee based on the listing's cancellation policy.
