How do I reset my password?

To reset your password

  1. Click on Forget Password from your log in page.
  2. You will be directed to the password reset page.
  3. Enter your email address and click Reset Password, a message will be sent to your email account to reset the password.
  4. Click change password at the bottom of the message you received, and you will be directed to a page to change your password.
  5. Enter a new password, confirm it and click Reset Password.
