My account is locked. How do I regain access?
If your account is locked, you can use the Forget Password feature at the bottom of the login page to change your password and regain access to your account.
- You will need to enter your email address and click Reset Password. This will redirect you to another page in order for you to choose one of two options.
- You can use your phone number or your email address in order to verify your identity. Once completed, the website will force you to change your password.
