I am not receiving any text alert messages from the VastTrips. Why?

If you have not been receiving any text messages from VastTrips.

  1. Go to the verification page to see if you have verified your phone number. If not, please do so.
  2. Please check your profile settings to ensure that you entered the correct phone number.
