How do I know how much my refund was for a cancelled booking?
To know how much you are being refunded for a booking that has been cancelled, please check your booking details.
- To do this click on My Trips at the top of your homepage.
- Click the option Past Trips from the menu, select the reservation in question and view the details of your booking. The refund amount will be displayed.
