A swimming pool is also located on the property for your enjoyment. The living/dining room & both bedrooms are fully air conditioned with wall mounted smart TVs/Android Boxes & Wi-Fi is available. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a large King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet with folding Louvre designed door & a computer work station. Bedroom 2 consist of a Queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom & walk-in closet with folding Louvre designed door. The apartment is fully grilled & a security guard is present at the electronic gate.

It is located in a residential complex with other apartments & you are expected to be respectful & courteous to the neighbors at all times. - 2. You will have access to 2 assigned parking spaces. At no time should you park in the space (s) of another person. - 3. There will be a charge of $20 per lost key & $150 for lost gate remote. - 4. Kindly turn off all lights, air conditioning units, air pressure pump & water when they are not in use & also when leaving the apartment. - 5. An unregistered guest (s) may not overnight at the apartment. - 6. The main grilled entrance to the block must be kept locked at ALL times. When leaving the apartment all grills & the door should also be properly secured. - 7. Guests MUST inform the security at the gate if they will have a visitor (s). The security will need their full name (s). - 8. No garments should be placed on the balcony grill for drying at no time. - 9. All garbage should be disposed of properly. There is a garbage disposal at the front of the complex. Kindly place all garbage in a plastic bag before dumping in the rubbish bins. - 10. Sheets, pillows, pillow cases, bed linens, bath towels & hand towels should not be removed from the apartment.
