*This is a newly built 2bed/2bath fully furnished villa that has been decorated with the comfort and relaxation of our guests in mind. *Single beds available upon request *It is fully grilled *There is an insect mesh /window screen installed on all windows We can arrange for your pick and drop off to and from the airport at an additional cost. Car rental can also be arranged upon request. We make every effort to take away any inconvenience from your travel, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your vacation.

*The Villa comes with a Solar water heater, and Ac units installed in the two bedrooms. *Safe deposit boxes are installed in each room for personal usage. *Lovely outdoor space for relaxation, and in addition to this, there is a clubhouse with a pool, and gym facilities, overlooking the beautiful ocean, these facilities. are open to guests and their visitors. *convenience stores, banks, and ATMs, and gas stations are less than 5 minutes away.

We are only 5 minutes away from the heart of Falmouth Town, rich in history and Jamaican culture. In addition to the picturesque views of the Falmouth Cruise Ship Pier, there are several attractions nearby, which includes the luminous lagoon, Martha Brae river rafting, the Cockpit Country Tours for hiking, and several beaches for fun, relaxation, and sunbathing, we are also a few minutes away from the Glistening water Restaurant, and The natural Mistic restaurant, with a beautiful view of the ocean. A landmark for the property is, the Usain's Bolt Stadium, as we are only a minute away. To add to this we are few minutes drive away from Sherwood Wood content, the hometown of the famous Usain Bolt. The property is 25 mins away from the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, 25 mins away from Ochi Rios, and 45 mins away from Negril. The centrality of the property permits quick travel to surrounding parishes. As such, whether visitors are visiting for business, pleasure or a little of both, they can enjoy the best of all Jamaica has to offer.
